What is Big Points? Big points are what you earn when you spend with BigPay. We can redeem Big Points for discounted flights and other reward on AirAsia Website Every RM 30 spent on BigPay, we will receive 1 Big Point.
- Please take note that Big points will expired after 24 months from the date the points were rewarded.
- BigPay online transfer money to friends and family or international transfer won't earn Big Point.
BigPay Prepaid Card
After register BigPay, we will receive a blue prepaid card from BigPay via delivery. This card comes with Mastercard or Visa that is accepted by 40 million merchants in the world. With the combination of BigPay online account, we can spend it either online or offline!
If you lost your blue card, we just simply freeze our card in our BigPay app and order a new card by contact their customer chat. Sometimes freeze the card by ourselves very important. I used to loss my wallet. I sit at police station roughly 40 minutes to get my bank call connected...
BigPay Categories Function
BigPay app interface really simple and clean, not only we able to trace back every single transaction on app history, we also can export as PDF or Excel to transfer to another platform. We no longer to keep the official receipt to claim company's expenses! We can print out all records from BigPay app. Simple and easy.
Other than record, it's also allowed us to capture the physical official receipt and upload to respective transaction. So that our wallet would not stack up with a lot of paper.

BigPay Card Is Expiring
My BigPay card is expiring, what do we do? Make sure to check your emails in the month leading up to your card expiry. If someone call you and tell you: "your card is getting expiring, we need some basic conformation so that our card is sent to correct person." Do not tell them any shit! These scammers will trick you tell them your OTP number and bank information. You need to be aware, we someone request bank information from you! If anything happens, please refer to BigPay in-app customer service!
