I believe some of you experienced before, connect internet via Wi-Fi, but it's connected without internet. Especially my Samsung phone.
Notification bar shows that it connected to the internet. The Wi-Fi symbol was in there, but the internet is totally cannot use at all. Sometime I am surfing Facebook, and it will become no internet status maybe after I hang up a call.
How we gonna solve this problem? I tried a few solutions to solve the problem and I concluded the two most effective way for you.
Method 1 : Change Your Phone's Time And Date To Automatic
You may try to look for your phone's settings about your date and time. We should just set the phone's date and time to automatic update according to the internet.
First of all, go to your phone's settings > General Management > Date and time > toggle the Automatic date and time > Refresh your phone Wi-Fi by switching on and off.
After the testing, my Wi-Fi connection becomes normal and useable. However, after a few days, the annoying issue occurs again and again.
Method 2 : Adjust Google Public DNS IP Address (IPV4)
First, we head to Phone's settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Select your internet and press the gear > Advanced > IP settings DHCP change to Static > Amend DNS 1 to 8.8.8.8 > Amend DNS 2 to 8.8.4.4 > Save
**Suggestion : Please screenshot your original phone internet settings before making any changes
After these two methods, our problem will be solved. No more Wi-Fi symbol will exclamation marks!
